Rainshield Roofing were hired to complete a complete re-roofing of this Belgrave Medical centre. As you can see in the photos, the finish of the new Colorbond roof is first class and has restored this period style building to looking as good as new. The customer chose the Colorbond colour Cottage Green to maintain the original style of the Belgrave building and it looked great with the white weatherboards. The Belgrave buildings roof consisted of a pitched roof section and a flat roof section. We used a corrugated custom orb profile material for both sections and custom folded Colorbond for the Chimney flashing’s and cappings.
Our customer was rapt with our results and this medical center is an icon in the local Belgrave area.
