What type of work do you do?

 Rainshield roofing specialise in all types of roofing and guttering repairs, replacements and restorations.

What areas do you cover?

Our tradespeople and supervisors are located right across the greater Melbourne area which allows us to effectively service the entire Melbourne metropolitan area including the Mornington Peninsula.

Is Rainshield Roofing a franchised business?

No. We have our head office located in Dandenong South and two satellite offices in Doncaster and Maryknoll.

Are you members of the HIA?

 Yes, we are HIA and Master Plumbers Association of Victoria members.

What is your warranty?

 Rainshield roofing offer a workmanship and materials warranty of 10 years. In the case of plumbing work, this is backed up by a plumbing board compliance certificate warranty which covers you for six years. These warranties are in addition to the various different product warranties that will apply from the manufacturer.

Do you use sub contractors?

No. Rainshield Roofing use only our own contractors. All of our work is strictly supervised and quality checked on completion.

Do you have insurance?

 Yes. Rainshield roofing carry 20 million dollars of public liability insurance and all of our workers are covered by WorkCover.

Is Rainshield roofing expensive?

No. We provide high quality services with very experienced tradespeople and premium quality products. Our business comes primarily from referrals from existing customers, so we don’t require expensive advertising budgets. As a general rule, Rainshield roofing quotes will be around the middle of the market.  

How do I get a quote?

You can either call us directly or fill out our contact form and we will call you. We will then organise to come out and provide a free site inspection that will result in our recommendation of your requirements and an accurate and detailed quotation for your job.

How long do I have to wait to get the work done?

 Depending on the time of year and recent weather trends, we usually have two to four weeks of work ahead of us. In the case of emergencies, we can generally attend to your problem much sooner.
