Rainshield Roofing was called to this Chirnside Park home after the customer had experienced many leaks as a result of the condition of their roof. On inspection it was quickly identified that the Chirnside Park roof was rusting at the gutter line. At some stage, as an effort to to save money the Chirnside Park home owner did a patch up job, which did stop the leaks but in the process damaged the sheets further at the gutter line. This caused the sheets to hold more water then before and as a result the whole roof had to be replaced.
The Chirnside Park roof was stripped and disposed of and then replaced in Colorbond klip lok roof sheets in the colour Surfmist. Once the Sheets were secure, we replaced all associated flashings to ensure the Colorbond Roofing Chirnside Park project is water tight for many years to come.
